Maricopa County Assessor’s 2012 Valuation Overview

On March 3, 2011, the Maricopa County Assessor held its annual Tax Agent Meeting.  At the Meeting, the Assessor’s office presented a “2012 Valuation Overview,” which detailed percent reductions by property type for tax year 2012.  That presentation and others made at the Tax Agent Meeting are now available on the Assessor’s website at  http://www.maricopa.gov/assessor/NewsPressReleases.aspx.”
